I find genuine joy in supporting others in growing and developing professionally, academically, and personally.
I have committed to this interest through my professional training in coaching - including career, executive/leadership, academic, and life coaching. I hold a board certification as a Career Coach, a certification as an Advanced Academic Coach, and I am certified as an Executive Coach.
I have professionally coached clients over the last 11 years including early career, mid-level, and executive professionals through my coaching and consulting services.
Before starting my career in coaching, I worked in the hospitality and retail industries. I am currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Organization Culture at the University of Michigan.
During my down time, you can find me traveling or enjoying the sunshine.
